About
My passion for esports began in 2016 after watching my first LCS match—and I’ve been hooked ever since. With over four years of experience in team operations and organizational leadership across both collegiate and amateur levels, I specialize in program coordination, team culture development, and operational efficiency.Currently, I’m pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Sports Management with a concentration in Esports Management and a minor in Professional Business at Missouri Western State University. I also bring two years of experience as a University Ambassador, where I’ve represented campus life and student leadership to prospective students and community partners.At MWSU, I serve as the Student General Manager for Griffon Esports—a role I stepped into after managing our Varsity League of Legends team for four consecutive semesters. I now work to create high-performance, professional environments that support both team success and individual growth.Outside of the university, I currently serve as Secretary and Industry Professional at Outlast Gaming, where I contribute to strategic planning and organizational development for a growing esports organization.
